News Channel 20 WICS has responded to criticisms in light of the “Code Red” issue this past week.

Long time weatherman Joe Crain is off the air, after he criticized WICS’ “code red” alerts that are often used when there is even a slight risk of heavy weather.   The State Journal Register’s  Bernie Schoenburg had details early this afternoon.
