Illinois County Government Audit Shows Hits & Misses of FOIA Compliance

A new audit suggests that a number of Illinois counties are working to help provide transparency, but could do a better job in giving citizens information of who to contact and providing instructions.   The report comes from audits in several states including Illinois.
